An innovative bit holder which has a 1/4" D hexagonal shaft and can be used fixed for standard use, or with the off-line feature for improved access in confined areas.

The driver also allows use with a power tool next to walls, under shelves and in other awkward areas. The outer sleeve rotates, allowing the user to hold the driver in position.
